HOG REALITY

A New Way To Address The Hog Problem

I have been fascinated with wild hogs since I was 12-years old.

While on my first deer hunt in Llano County, TX a large boar with two smaller hogs charged me and my uncle-unprovoked. The sound of his .30-06 rifle scared them away but not before they were less than 20 yards away locked in on us full speed ahead.

Since that time I have studied hogs in the wild, spent time with captive hogs, hunted them from the mountains of Tennessee to the swamps of Texas and many places in between. There has overall been a failure to address the hog problem on a large scale and they are showing up in places where there have never been hogs and encountering people with no idea about what they are seeing.

Hog attacks on humans, pets and livestock are on the rise in America and they will greatly increase along with the damage they do to crops, golf courses, yards and properties. There is a way to turn the tide and it's never too late to make a change.

I believe in an engaging educational approach to the hog issue that involves not only controlling hog numbers through trapping and hunting but also by teaching the public how to change behaviors that promote hog population growth and that expose them to potential danger.

This problem will only increase but it does not have to bring great damage to your city, property or co-op. I can help you develop a proactive plan that will shift the advantage to you instead of these non-indigenous invaders and at the same time educate the public about the wildlife living in and around their community.

Reach out to me and let' see how I can help you address the growing problem of feral hogs.
